Candidates who got allotment to BAMS course, VPSV Ayurveda college through state/All India quota are directed to report in person in the college with the original documents within the stipulated time( As per the schedule of AACCC/CEE).

► Transfer Certificate and Conduct Certificate
► NEET Admit Card and Score Card
► KEAM Data sheet , Allotment Memo issued by the CEE (KEAM Allotted Students) ,
Provisional Allotment letter(AIQ students)
► Fee receipt
► Community/Cast Certificate
► EWS certificate issued on or after 01/04/2024 (for EWS category)
► Fitness Certificate in the relevant format given in Annexure XVII(b) of the prospectus
► Migration Certificate
► Non creamy layer certificate issued on or after 01/04/2024 for students allotted under reservation category except SC, ST and Gen
► Any Other Certificate (please specify)
► Adhaar Card
► Passport size photo- 1
► Students have to remit an amount of Rs. 110/-(Admission fee)at the time of admission. (Tution fee and Other special fees have to be remitted on the first day of the commencement of class)
